minus-squaregangstamouselinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up7arrow-down1·9 months agoIt’s true. I injured my left ankle freshman year of high school and I’m in my 30s now and still roll it semi-badly to badly around once a year. Stupid thing is so weak.
minus-squareWanderer@lemm.eelinkfedilinkarrow-up1·9 months agoI only every where hiking boots on never terrain now. People say you can get away with trainers, they are lighter and more comfortable. But my risk of rolling an ankle is too high when I’m out and about. If I need more than everday trainers I go to a straight boot that locks my ankle in.
