I think the people who cared about that moved to private trackers.
They’ve always been pretty useless, people that actually care about that sort of thing would subscribe to a paid torrent friendly VPN.

Fallen by the wayside. The acronym soup following people around really slowed going after individuals and most of those left are private or VPN.
Honestly block list is probably the lease effective way to stay safe. Whatever individuals could do to seem safe could also be done by the agencies.
With IPV6 I don’t think that would work?
I just manually block IPs that seem to be engaging in denial of service activity (sucking 3x the size of the torrent and still reporting 0% progress) and I’ve banned a few /16s too like those belonging to PoneyTelecom
