At this point, I’m begging users and the mods. Use the correct communities. This is /c/Technology, not /c/LatestRedditDrama

This community is over-run by this drama, which has multiple communities dedicated to whatever the latest crap reddit is pulling. Please use one of those instead.

Thanks for the comment. A new Reddit megathread is going up soon and posts in c/technology exclusively about Reddit will be removed. Feel free to hit the report button for posts you feel are solely about Reddit drama to help the mod team out!

Do reports come across from my instance to yours? I attempted to create an account on Beehaw, but apparently didn’t answers the questions properly because they denied me.

They should! We’ve had reports from users of other instances.

Good luck finding thousands of new moderators that you don’t have to pay, or even hiring that many employees before hemorrhaging ad revenue.

They are gonna be extremely underpaid workers from emerging or underdeveloped countries.

I’m not sure they can ramp up and train that many people that fast, even when they do it’ll take time for communities to start contributing content. All during that time, reddit is loosing ad spend. I’m sure they’ll recover, but I don’t think they’ll ever get back to where they were.
