In standard xbox/Microsoft form “{other company} has been extremely successful in their product, we’re going to take that idea, make a weird alteration, lock it into the microsoft environment, and then put it out 4 years too late, just in time for {other company} to come out with a better one”
Better than most, but still compared to the ipad, just too little too late. Even in the business market they still love the ipad, when the surface is obviously better as a tablet in a company…
There’s always Azure. I suppose that’s less comparable because it’s a business product in the same way Surface is primarily a business line. Either way, I hope they make something cool that competes with the Steam Deck cause the windows handhelds that have come out are very underwhelming.

The Surface line has worked out pretty well for them, it’s not all failures.
