Kyouka and Himari didn’t think thoroughly the fusion thing, right? That’s great because the reward is going to be awesome.

I like how Sahara’s power is actually connected to her love for sleeping. In fact most Peach abilities seem to be somehow connected with the personality: Kyouka is a leader so her ability allows control over someone, Himari strives to learn but has that bit of inferiority complex so her ability is to copy skills, so goes on.

This was my first thought too. I think this actually says a lot about how the ability creates a fight -> reward structure to build anticipation not just for the fight, but what comes after as well. It clearly worked on our brains ;)

I think the peach powers corresponding to their personalities begs the question, which came first? Were their personalities influential in what their peach powers became or has living with their specific power caused them to converge on a complementary personality. I think Kyouka is a clear exception as they made clear this episode. We haven’t learned much about peaches yet, so I am looking forward to hopefully finding out more in the future. The peaches are clearly a story point based on how Aoba was munching on one a couple episodes ago as she pulled up on Kyouka and co.
