Last week, Trans Mountain announced the project will be an eye-watering $8.8 billion over its initial budget.
As a non-Canadian, I was confused by the headline, thinking at first that Canada was building some sort of transgender mountain pipeline, but it seems to be just something as boring as a oil/gas pipeline.
