Was thinking about trading in my gaming laptop and opting for a tablet to be more mobile. Any Linux tablets out there? Or would it be better just to by like a Surface and install Linux that way? TIA

The flow z13 is completely functional with linux.
That’s impressive! I didn’t know about it. It’s expensive but seems to be worth every penny.
Tablets with Linux preinstalled are rare—Pine has one, but I don’t recommend any of their devices unless you’re a compulsive tinkerer, since the drivers are usually half-baked. You’re better off, as you say, finding a well-supported mainstream tablet and installing Linux yourself.
