Israel can just invade the Netherlands and liberate its defendants, leaving no other survivors. The US (which has a Hague Invasion Act covering any of its own citizens in the event of such a trial) would provide logistical support, either openly or tacitly, and the IDF could use German air bases for staging.
Either the USA or Germany would refuse, effectively ending NATO as a deterrent to Russian aggression. Germany taking up arms against Israel in any circumstances is as close to an absolute impossibility as you get in the real world.

The Netherlands would invoke article 5 of NATO in that case. I don’t think such an action would end well at all.

It would indeed cause a rift between NATO. Which is why it’s unlikely that anyone would support an Israeli invasion of the Hague.
