    You do realize that it’s not actually legal Federally, right?

    And due to anti-drug treaties we have with other nations, it may be a good long while before it’s even possible to make it legal Federally.

      So wherever it is fucking legal already (there are absolutely still people imprisoned for offences that no longer exist in their state), way to miss the point…

        I don’t think you fully understand the relationship between federal and state law, or between repealed / altered laws and those who were convicted beforehand.
