    Tl;dw:

    In the videographers opinion, there are two points:

    a. They work and provide battlefield results.

    b. Russia is trying to signal determination.

    Then a rant that the same signal probably bolsters western aid, as it creates a sense of urgency for aiding Ukraine, where a static war would not.
