Like I go to kbin home and it seems to show everything, i’m probably just missing some little button.

Now that I know where it is it’s fine, but I really hope they move the subscribed view to the main tab somewhere like oldreddit. Subscribed is like my home page and it should be easy to find.

In my case, in the paste week I’ve done it again and again, but every time I close and reopen kbin, it’s back to all… So I just chalk it up to a bug of the site

Maybe a dumb question, but are you saving the settings? If that’s not the issue then yeah, must be a bug. Hopefully one that gets fixed soon!

Edit: another option might be to adjust the kbin settings (not your account settings). Scroll down to the bottom of this thread and you should see a gear icon. In that, turn “top menu” on and at least you can toggle between views more easily!

Yes, I am saving and yes, I have also seen the option on the kbin settings… I really think it’s a bug

Is there any way right now to see posts of my Mastodon subscriptions in my kbin timeline?

Maybe? Are you able to add a mastodon user to subscriptions, as if they were a magazine?

In the top right of the webpage, there is a menu icon, from which you can change to Subscribed. If you want this to be the default view on the Kbin homepage, you can change it in the settings (hover above your profile name in top right > Profile > change to Subscriptions in Homepage)

I think there may be a bug in Settings? I changed it there but for me at least, it keeps reverting back to the All view.

Sorry, this might be really obvious but did you save the settings after you change it? If you change it and scroll down, there is a save button

I think it’s saved properly, since when I go back and look at Settings -> Appearance -> Homepage, it does say Subscriptions. But when I load https://kbin.social it always gives me the All view and I have to change it manually.

Though actually, now that I’m looking at it, when I choose Subscriptions, the url changes to https://kbin.social/sub so maybe I just need to make that my bookmark?

I get that when I first type in kbin.social or click my browser bookmark, but having changed the settings, clicking in the kbin logo in the upper left takes me to my subs, and that behavior is persistent.

    Direct link: https://kbin.social/sub/

Alternatively, click on the Kbin logo on the top left, click on the /sub to the right of the logo, and choose the tab you seem fit (top, hot, newest, active and commented).
