I know the recent patch added that you now have to long press on the username to have the action bar appear on comments in your inbox but personally I find that a redundant step and preferred the way it was before, could it possibly be an option in the settings to turn the action bar on by default?
You can have a look in settings/look and feel, there’s an option to show the action bar by default, just make sure you have that option checked ✅
