I’m not too deep into noita myself, but I know a lot from watching furyforged. Do you still just take the route down to kolmi, beat his ass and win or do secret stuff every run?

I generally take the standard route until about the jungle or so. I keep my eyes open for wands+spells able to dig through holy mountains, teleport wands, and wands capable of bringing down bosses like Squidward and others. If I find them, I jump the rails and go do other things, if not I focus on just beating Kolmi. I generally can take the first option 1 time out of every 5-6 tries, though I am sure I could do it more often if I was better!

I usually go down the regular route a few biomes. Sometimes all the way to the temple of the art and then branch from there. Really depends on what you are going for.

Currently in my god run I’m looking for the few spells that I’m still missing for 100% progress. I already have 100% in monsters and perks. It’s just the damn fly swarm that keeps evading me. And then there’s the friend quest. I’ll put that off until I have every other spell.

I still haven’t beaten kolmi, so I’m sticking to the standard route until I do

Remember to backtrack. And explore the side branches a bit. This way you’ll get a bit more stuff than if you just stick with the primary route.

I often do the normal path and when i reach the boss if i have good digging i’ll go back up. But i do that less and less these days since i would like to get the 4 achievements i’m missing and i’ll need to learn to play the game differently to get them.
