Charges just fine on my watch charger, which I have to bring along with me when I travel anyways.

$159 here is Australia. That’s definitely some challenging pricing. I don’t know how I’m justifying Apple next time I’m replacing things with all their pricing increases here.

There was never a reason to justify apple over every other brand that’s cheaper for the same if not better features and spec… Not bashing apple but fuck…I’m shocked how blind people are by shitty ecosystems and marketing terms.

Oh this will be confusing. The USB-C AirPods Pro do have some additional features in preparation for the Vision Pro iirc. Surely the old Lightning AirPods Pro 2 won’t magically get them just because they have a new case?

I don’t believe the earphone part is different. When USB-C APP2 premiered they advertised a lot of new features (adaptative mode, speech triggered transparency etc) but all of them were immediately available on old ones too via firmware update.

Next year: Apple now sells videos of them giving you the middle finger and laughing at you for $699.99

    Stock is currently sold out.

Yeah, no. I got the lightning charger ones the week before the USB Cs got announced, because I won’t be switching my 14 Pro for anything but 18 or later
