Made these this last weekend, it was my dog’s birthday and she loves stuffed kongs, so I made us all a human version! I melted cheese on top at the end but I didn’t get a pic of that. The yellow ones are a vegetarian version.

Here’s the recipe I followed - I eyeballed a lot of the measurements but that’s the basic list of what I put in mine.
For the vegetarian version I used beyond beef/sausage and vegetable stock instead of what’s listed there.

It was actually my first time making them, and they were better than I thought they would be! I recommend pepperjack cheese on top if you make some
I love German/Hungarian style stuffed peppers. My mom made them often when I was a kid. Having a sudden craving!
Me and my wife love making these! Especially good with a big slice of fresh mozerrella on top, then broiled to get it nice and melty!
