I’m able to post something on my instance and access it directly through the link, but I won’t be able to see it on the front page. However, it does appear in a private window.

Is there a setting or something that is causing this? I’ve previously posted something that did appear, in a community I’ve since purged, but yet another post does not.
Did you change your language settings?, ive seen it said around here that can cause some issues, best to leave it on undetermined
Idk if my first comment helped you or not but i just accidentally put my language setting on undetermined and couldnt see some posts, seems like you gotta click the X to the right of the languages and save and then it works
