Battlefield Earth is still on my list to watch. All I hear is how bad it is and this intrigues me.

Battlefield earth is John Travolta’s best movie and a god damn American treasure. It’s sooooooo bad.

I watched it and noped out after about ten minutes. Travolta doing the exact same smarmy bad guy he always plays is the high point.

Sorry but Ridiculous 6 doesnt belong on there.

If you go onto netflix and pick the Adam Sandler parody western titled “Ridiculous 6” and expect a tour de force of cinema thats on you. Its what it says on the tin.

That doesn’t suddenly make it a good film, though. This is a list of the worst movies of all time not the list of movies that lived up to their expectations. It belongs there.

Maybe I’m remembering it more fondly than it deserves, but I remember it being crap but funny in a very juvenile way.

IMO If you set out to make a thriller, it doesnt matter how well the movie is made if it isnt thrilling, if you set out to make a comedy it has to be funny. Theres tons of movies out there that absolutely fucked up on setting the tone and just wasted film.

I had the odd “What’s wrong with that one” only to then see it was a crappy remake of the original.

I actually liked Blood Theater. Got to see it screened at the Texas Theatre here in Dallas a few years ago. Blood Lake on the other hand was unwatchable.

Nice! I’m a big believer in to each their own, but I’m also shocked! Blood Theater is so inept on all levels that I can’t imagine enjoying it even on a so bad it’s good level. 🤷‍♂️

I was genuinely hoping to see a favourite film they’re but sadly not. There are films I’ve seen but I didn’t realise they were rated so highly at being bad.

I only saw Speed 2 for the first time a while back, that was a big disappointment!

I had The Toy on VHS as a young kid and I watched it many times. I loved Richard Pryors zany performance in this and his movies with Gene Wilder.
