Yes, enlisting another 1 million guys means they need to be equipped and trained for at least one month, and in practice it will be two-three months, and it’s seriously expensive, but still, the government had 1.5 years to plan for that.

Why do you think they are all the same people? In reality, new recruits are conscripted every month. I have seen them myself.

Absolutely fair. This should be a priority to get sorted out, being on the front constantly strains the soldiers and reduces their fighting power.
