    https://i.imgur.com/x60PuEJ.png - from the original article. But “dont’t wanna click tldr;”: r6-5600x, 32gb ram, rtx4090 1080p, preset “very low”: avg 78fps, 1% 46fps, high settings: afg 38fps, 1% 24fps

https://www.pcgameshardware.de/Cities-Skylines-2-Spiel-74219/Tests/Release-Benchmarks-Performance-Tuning-Tipps-1431613/2/ the article & benchmarks, but it’s in german.

edit: oh, derr. took the 4090 results, but they are pretty much identical for the 7900xt on the “very low”, and few fps lower on the “high” preset.

Wow that is rough. I was hoping to play this game once it reaches a more mature state but I’ll definitely have to give it a few years for the hardware to be affordable

I’mma put bit of an “X to doubt” on the article. Watched some letsplay of it (from “Real Civil Engineer” on youtube) and it seemed to run fine. Now, I have no idea what kind of a monster pc he has, but still, it ran fine. No clue what settinigs or anything, but seemed playable.

So, could be the performance varies a lot between systems, I dunno.

Now, does the game look that much better than CS1? Nah.
