Before any sexual activity, make sure your hands are clean, even if you haven’t been outside recently. The hands are the biggest vectors for diseases and if you’re gonna be touching people’s genitals, it’s really important that they’re clean. Even if you think you washed them recently, wash them again to make sure. Seriously, failure to do this is disturbingly common.
