Budget modern deck recommendations at around the 100€ mark.
Real meta decks with fetchlands and all are super expensive, but I’m not looking to win a tournament. Just having a modern legal deck to play and have some fun at FNM would be nice.
Being able to win a game here and there is preferrable, but it’s not all about winrates. Other merits can include being fun, cool or whacky.

In the past I’ve played Mono Red Burn in this slot. Plenty of budget lists are available online and it can certainly win games. These days it even carries a certain quaint charm as classic burn hasn’t been considered top-tier for some time.
That said it ranks quite low in the fun, cool and whacky categories.
