Hoping to fill the void that Tweetbot leaves behind, Tapbots is making its anticipated Mastodon client app Ivory available on the App Store as an Early Access release.

      While I probably wouldn’t use a propitiatory client I have no real issues with it. You can always switch off if you feel that it isn’t respecting you, even if it is harder to verify what it is doing under the hood.

      Basically having a federated and open protocol greatly mitigates the downsides of a proprietary client.

      Eh.Do work get paid.

      Seems good to me. Especially since apple and google minimum charge $125 cumulatively to register their AppStore.

      Also shit in America is going up in price especially in the west.
