Where’s the gas/electric hook up? Where’s the water, and working toilet? Cooking area? Fridge? You can’t call a studio a 1 bedroom apartment why on earth would it be acceptable to call this a 1 bedroom? Vacation property lmao, thank you I needed that!
It’s a changeing shed listed as a one bedroom house for £25,000. I’m not sure what’s reasonable about that.
Isn’t that the going rate?
What is the normal market price for a beach hut?
I’m honestly not sure what the typical asking price is for a changing booth, but it’s definitely not a one bedroom house.
This whole post gives off vibes like y’all are outraged some people own vacation property.

You’re very hung up on that detail, but it’s probably as simple as the listing not having a category for a property like this.
Hung up no, amused yes. And there definitely should be a category for something missing basic requirements for a house. Outhouse, garage, shed etc.
If this is their holiday property, I feel bad for them.
