This is the debut album of Minneapolis-based duo An Tóramh, which means “The Wake” in Irish Gaelic. There are strong hints of Russian bands such as Откровения Дождя and Comatose Vigil in their sound, as well as elements that remind me of Evoken.

Overall, this is a great first album and I’m looking forward to hearing more from this band in the future.
