What’s your favorite soup OP. Im looking for ideas for dinner.
Go for some broccoli soup.
Gordon Ramsay says the best broccoli soup has only 4 ingredients, broccoli, water, salt, and pepper. He uses a ton of broccoli, boils it in a little water, puts it into a blender to turn it into soup, adds salt & pepper. Done! The most amazing soup.
I can’t tell if you’re being serious but I love brocoli and this isn’t too far off from other soups I’ve had with brocoli.
I mean, I’m messing around by talking like him, but it’s a real recipe that he featured on Kitchen Nightmares like 15 years ago. I’ve made it several times and it’s delicious. The key is to use a lot of broccoli and only about half as much water as broccoli so that it has a strong flavor, and the right consistency. I’m sure you can find the video online somewhere.
I’m into curries these days and had delicious results recently with https://www.feastingathome.com/curried-cauliflower-soup/ - I used 2T curry powder and another 2T tumeric, it’s not good Indian food without at least a quarter cup of spices in the mix :)

Soup is the new Stroganoff anyways. Btw I was cooking soup before it was cool.
