Are there plans to be able to open links In the app (on Android). All clients I try can not do this for some reason.

It can’t be done because you can only specify so many domains that your app has ownership of.
It could probably be done to support the main instances though

Yes, it does not say it supports connect. But supports liftoff witch I used before trying out connect thanks.
Summit app did this at least the last time I tried (long time ago). I don’t know how it’s done in Summit. Maybe just list of popular instances or some kind of regex. But there aren’t really any rules for naming an instance so it wouldn’t match every instance.
