To underline Blanchfield’s point, the ChatGPT book selection process was found to be unreliable and inconsistent when repeated by Popular Science. “A repeat inquiry regarding ‘The Kite Runner,’ for example, gives contradictory answers,” the Popular Science reporters noted. “In one response, ChatGPT deems Khaled Hosseini’s novel to contain ‘little to no explicit sexual content.’ Upon a separate follow-up, the LLM affirms the book ‘does contain a description of a sexual assault.’”

Didn’t they basically deputize all the parents in Iowa and give them the ability to flag books for review?

    Do literally no Republicans read?

to the downvoters, they’re right, banning books is like, fascist rule #1. Literally look it up. Keep the masses stupid, don’t let them learn other ideas. I don’t care if it’s just schools, books being banned on silly grounds like this is alarming and all free people should be against it.

If you don’t like your party being labeled as literal fascists then maybe you should rethink why you align with a party that leans fascist.
