    The lack of a Tesla in the mix despite it being the most common EV by a significant margin strikes me as bizarre.

        It also wouldn’t score well because it wouldn’t get close enough to its rated mileage, while the Niro EV beat its rated range by 38%.

          The Niro figures were interesting and align with what I see in my RWD Model 3, despite the SUV shape.

        But not as a direct comparison in the same conditions as the others cars here.

        It would have been a useful and interesting data point. Even if you don’t care for Tesla, you can see how the other cars square up against them.

          Perhaps they just decided not to support the brand out of having actual morals. That’s always a possibility too.

      Pretty sure the vehicles were provided by the automakers themselves. Given Tesla’s recent range controversy, I doubt they’d want to participate.
