Desperation is not something people normally look for in the outfits they plan to spend a lot of money with for a purchase they hope to keep for a long time, and I literally couldn’t think of anything that looks more desperate.

Well he has spent the last 8 years saying electric is bad.
Cons don’t like electric cars because they’re a lib thing. Libs don’t like it because of Musk. Trump killed funding for charging stations. “Can’t these people charge at home?” people don’t consider apartments. I never got one because I don’t have a place to charge it. There is no good reason to buy one right now.
I wouldn’t even consider an electric vehicle because I live in an apartment so I couldn’t charge it at home.
To diehard MAGA, Musk is the useful idiot. Trump did a token favor for Musk, knowing none of his base will ever buy an EV, and in exchange Musk keeps carrying Trump’s water.
