Not a lot of cyber going on here but still a cool pic
The character is a well-known full-conversion cyborg.
Oh i see, it just looked fully human from that pic alone.
She’s Motoko “The Major” Kusanagi, from Ghost in the Shell. Probably one of the most iconic characters of the genre.
Highly recommend the movies and SAC anime series.
The scene when she tear her own arm off trying to open the tank is burnt into my brain.
IKR. It’s even better, when you realize she must have cracked her body’s control firmware to make that happen. No way a cyborg body would allow exertion to exceed material integrity. Even today, we already have machinery that could tear itself apart if not for software-defined safety margins.
You know she got in there and changed the settings as a last ditch effort.
