My guess at the full story:

They left their vehicles out in the open while they got drunk. The Ukrainians found them and destroyed them. Not once or twice, but half a dozen times.

Leadership says no more vehicles for you but you still have to make the deliveries.

And the poor donkey gets drafted.

This video is what happens when the drink comes out again.

So are they all going to marry it or just one of them?

Why not censor the entire face? Eyes, eyebrows and noses are equally important (if not moreso) than the mouth for facial recognition. What does censoring do here if it doesn’t cover the whole face?
