I’ve watched god give children cancer and dementia. Yes, childhood dementia is real. God wanted that. All of this is a part of his plan, I guess. God wants children to have cancer. If God didn’t, then it would not allow kids to suffer.

So remember, whenever someone you know and love is dying or suffering, that God has the power to not allow the pain, death, or suffering, but IT refuses to do so.

    Thanks god.

I’m not excusing him, but he’d say anything to anyone, in order to further consolidate his support. The day after this, he’d gladly stand in front of scientists and tell them what he thought THEY wanted to hear, too. Spineless, punk-ass lying bastard…

this is the same god that will let you burn in hell if you dont suck his dick for eternity, right? the same guy that created, and then implemented the idea of ‘evil’? the guy that then created an entire race knowing which would burn and which would kneel and suck, right?

Maybe? I’m choosing to believe he means the god whose son advocated for taking care of each other, while also advocating kicking the shit out of the moneylenders and corrupt politicians.

There are very, very few red letter xtians in this country. At least in my anecdotal experience. I was raised in an immediate (and extended) family that was into the liberal sects of xtianity.

As soon as I started talking to other xtians in elementary school, I quickly realized that there are very different kinds of xtianity, that’s for sure. And most of them are radically right wingers that seem to have zero awareness of the red letter portions…except as something to be clipped and put up somewhere to feel self-righteous (but never follow it). Just a mob of Karens obsessed with judging others and doing nothing for anyone - their circle of care often didn’t even extend to their own kids.

Where did I say I was a Christian? I just know about the religion. I recommend study for you too, maybe starting with how to not be a massive chode to randoms you know nothing about for literally no reason.

naw. ignorance and belief in fairy tails should be something we all fight against. to condone them in almost any fashion allows for the ‘right of divinity’ to harm others.

the only good religion is a secular one

    Well, this is super cool.

About 30% of the country is “nones”. Only about 67% of the country is xtian.

What does xtianity and their god have to do with governing a nation? I wonder how much time donvict and fElon spend going to church or studying “the” bible?

I’m pretty sure the other options, including Jewish and Hindu, are a lot more than 3% of the population.
