The US opening Pandora’s box with the TikTok ban has let the Genie out of the bottle. I suspect other tech to come out of China will make the US look like its living in the mid 1800s

The only somewhat relevant source was this article in SCMP from Jan 17th where a Shanghai party official called from partial lifting of internet restrictions in some areas.
