    So why don’t they sell 60% those offices off to their real estate development buddies for half the land value? Still corrupt, their cronies make a shit ton of money, and people can work from home. Everybody wins!

      That’s not the real reason.

      Trump needs to replace career civil servants with lackeys. That’s a lot easier if they just quit.
