Four-day work week success in Germany

Germany trialled a new four-day work week with great success, as 73% of companies will continue to only work four days out of the week.

They call it the ‘100-80-100’ concept. This means employees will retain 100% of their salary, work 80% of the time, but contribute 100% of their output still.

    No, that’s boring. Someone did do that to me but I’m not sure what the point was. Here you’re just a jerk and it seemed worthwhile to point out what a hypocritical person you are.

    All you can do is hope people realize they are not good and choose to improve themselves. If you choose not to do that for whatever reason, that’s your choice to be the worse man.

        Given the ratio of users between the countries, I think the post ratio is about right. So yep, I agree, it’s the same thing, which makes you a hypocrite.

        Tbh I’m surprised you havent blocked me by now, your post indicated you were into that.
