Actually, I think most of the “variations” are (alternate timeline-Ame, Gawr/Red Gura, Ayunda and the likes), at the moment I can’t think of relevant lore bits that have been made up by the fandom (unless you count stuff like Subaru Duck or Ame recruiting new gens).
