For months hundreds of pictures like this have been posted on reddit systematically. If you don´t see the pattern and think that is not an organized propaganda campaign you are simply being naive.
I honestly believe no reasonable person thinks that reacting to expansionism by trade agreements and diplomacy with counter expansionism by war is justified. If someone is misguided enough to believes it is, cat pictures will probably not help.
