      Destroyed/malfunctioning equipment is one thing but lost/missing/potentially stolen things are technically the responsibility of the person/unit it was issued to

      Sometimes the unstoppable force of reality meeting the immovable object of bureaucracy leads to frustrating situations

      Neither, inventory control is very, very poor and primitive, as in “Print out another blank Excel for me and hand me some pencils, Top says I need to find a plausible explanation for why 100,000 urinal cakes disappeared…”

    No it’s cool because SK does compulsory military service so technically they just anonymously issued it to a reserve soldier. Nbd, it’ll turn up.
