    In theory, the electricity demand from semiconductor manufacturing could be provided by renewable and nuclear. But as stated in the articles, that’s not a reality for South Korea and Taiwan (surprised to see they are so reliant on fossil fuels. With the attitude displayed by oligarch Eric Schmidt, we are definitely not going to achieve such goals.

    According to Bloomberg, the latest models of these specialized devices consume around one megawatt of electricity, which is equivalent to the average energy consumption of a Spanish household over four months.

    A megawatt hour? That would imply an hourly consumption of 340 watt hours over period of four months for a household. Seems a little low. Strange phrasing.
