You probably don’t see them because you’re on Kbin. It’s visible from several other instances.
As I said… it’s still only 6 downvotes when seen from other instances (including the one where it originated from).
A ratio of nearly 10 to 1 upvotes to downvotes is not what I would expect to trigger a complain about downvotes, bots and brigading.

They get them all at once, minutes after posting. That’s why it’s suspicious, each post was essentially starting with negative votes. See below:
