Sinwar was already injured from tank fire. He threw two grenades at IDF soldiers who fled. They sent this drone and subsequently a tank shelled the building.

To be fair, it took a momwbr to see him with all the dust, but behind the chair would have been better.
As other commenter said, he looks defeated so perhaps just struggling with some recent blasts. Or the malnutrition and stress of genocide.
I wouldn’t wish anyone dead but hopefully it satisfies Israel’s thirst for revenge, so innocents stop dying.
