Ubisoft has acknowledged last week's buyout reports, stating it "regularly reviews all its strategic options in the interest of its stakeholders".

Ubisoft has to appear bankrupt for MS to be able to buy them, they’ve done a good job so far.

  Oh, if MS does that they can pick up the cloud streaming rights they had left with Ubisoft previously to get through the UK CMA.

  I’d rather MS buy them than Tencent and/or Epic. But it’s not a lot better.
