As long as you don’t share this workflow or what custom models you used. No one can purposely remake that same image.
They can inspire, they can remix but thats not the same
Image. They are similar to pallworld vs pokemon. Which sure still needs to be legally tested but i really hope Nintendo isn’t just gonna be given a monopoly on cute fantasy creatures .
Someone could on their own stumble on the same settings/same ideas without having ever seen your work. That is completely fine because intellectual property is stupid.
