I think “no more” was added afterwards. If you take them out, the rest of the text is centered.

why is it blue at the bottom?
I think it the photo might have been taken from a partially open window of a vehicle, and the blue-green tint at the bottom is from the glass.
Looks like they switched over to crack instead
