just a hunch, but I think the artist has a drool fetish, not sure what’s giving me that vibe.
Usually you’ll see it in several pieces when artists have a thing. With Juri I think it’s there just because she tends to be depicted with lollipops.
I think mouth/tongue fetish would be more accurate based on the majority of their other works. But drool definitely seems to be included, they have a Morrigan piece where’s she’s drooling for no particular reason.
Honestly despite the lolly, I can’t say I’ve seen that to be the case with Juri fanart.
I can’t look at the twitter without an account, so I’m going on memory and the couple on danbooru. They’ve done a crapton of art but I don’t recall that being an overall focus.
