Aw, look, honey, it’s painting us a picture! That’s adorable!
"With each stroke I spill fate, dark calls in red — fragile, fleeting, keening across the sky. Perhaps, in this simple smear of time here, you’ll finally see. But, no. It is but circus to you, and We are bound to the endless void of knowing, warning in vain — doomed to watch you stumble through the dark, minds overfull of themselves like bowls of blessed fruit left to rot until all is fetid and still."
I bet he wants some cat food, the li’l cutie.
Is that a quote or did you think of that. If it was you, then if you’re not already writing prose, you bloody well should be.
He might also like some peanuts. Ours do.
That’s fully-caffeinated me, yep, and thanks 🙇🏽♂️ I do like words, it’s true.
(So does one of the crows that visit the copse behind my house here, in fact. Earlier this summer, he surprised us all with a spontaneous and unprovoked “hello”, but he’s not encored it yet. Maybe some day I’ll hear him clearly again, and I’ll know that invisible bridge between worlds exists.)
Feels like somewhere in the first chapter of a Pratchet book.
Aw, look honey. It’s making actual words on the screen!
Seriously though, you haven’t thought of taking up writing?
You’re very kind, and I genuinely appreciate the compliment. Maybe I’ll take a mighty stab at writing after this whole LLM thing blows over. I mean, it’s just a fad, right? What could go wrong? 🤪
I hope that bird has a whole pallette of colors to choose from and was like “naw, fuck it, ya’ll know what I’m about.”
Jackson Caw-llock
Doesn’t work in Dutch, unfortunately. We gutturally pronounce the last -gh.
Vincent van Crow?
I’d buy it.
murdering that canvas
Strewing the blood of his enemies across the canvas as a warning to others
I would love to see the finished work.
Hang that in the Louvre
Murder most foul!
Is that a crow or a raven? where’s Unidan when you need him? definitely a member of tue jackdaw family.
