DENVER — Douglas County conservative activist Joe Oltmann owes a former Dominion Voting Systems employee $1,000 a day, starting now, for as long as he continues to withhold evidence of his election rigging claims.

Oltmann is named as a non-party in a defamation suit by Eric Coomer, the former director of product security and strategy for Dominion Voting Systems. He is also facing a defamation and conspiracy lawsuit from Coomer for claims Oltmann made back in 2020.

In November 2020, Oltmann claimed to have heard an “Antifa conference call” where an employee of Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems suggested the election was rigged in favor of Joe Biden.

“I think this is a conspiracy to commit fraud against the American people,” Oltmann told KNUS host Peter Boyles on Nov. 18. “This is a massive, massive, massive putting your finger on the scales of the election.”

Oltmann hasn’t provided evidence to back up the accusation, despite being subpoenaed in Denver District Court.

And this is how we should handle people making false claims in the media. Give some evidence or pay until you do.

I mean if he’s just some regular schmo, his available cash reserved are, if not immediately, going to be underwater rather quickly. Real implementation of this fine, and immediate liens against his assets and property, are the only things that are going to get this jerk to 1) admit he doesn’t have the evidence he’s claimed or 2) produce the evidence. Anything but immediate action will see this drag out with to no financial benefit to the aggrieved, of which he is sorely due.

I could see demanding to know who invited you to the “antifa call”, but also what were the details of the call.

If there was a call (doubtful) and they can get the organizing details, they can subpoena the platform and determine who else was on the call.

I remember this asshole. An antifa conf call where people spoke openly about their plans to rig the election. Ha fucking right. They can say anything with credulity because their side wants confirmation without proof. If I was completely without morals and ethics, I’d be one of those rightwing shills getting bankrolled by Russia saying the craziest shit I could come up with, too. Instead, I have a real job.
