Buddhism stands for things like peace, acceptance, vegetarianism as they are against killing, giving to others and so on.

If everyone followed and practiced what the buddha taught life would be a lot better.

Disagree. The same thing could be said about Christianity, and about the Islam. Making such a statement as any religious person directly invalidifies your point.

Christianity has a great book on a healthy mindset and lifestyle, altough it’s not always interpreted right. The Islam tried to kill everyone who did not believe in one of the three abrahamic religions And statements like these are dangerous. People will stand for what they believe is right, and people are not going to convert to buddhism just because you say it’d be a better world. And either way this place is a shithole. People can’t trust eachother at all, and people’s opinions will always differ from one another, and that will always end up in fighting.

So no, big disagree, and think about what you say next time.

Respectfully disagree with you. If everyone were buddhist then there would be no wars at all on earth, so less people suffering. There would be less people in poverty because buddhism preaches the power of giving. Everyone would be vegan/vegetarian because buddhists believe in not killing and karma so animals would suffer a lot less on this planet.

Everyone would be more accepting of one another, nobody would be lying (which is a good thing especially if politicians can’t lie), in fact there would be no wars because there would also be no people to fight them because of right livelihood.

Nobody would be hurting others through their words or actions because of right action and right speech.

Granted I’m not saying that Buddhism should be forced on anyone, in fact I think that would go against what Buddhism stands for. But if everyone chose to become a buddhist and follow the teachings of the first buddha then we would have a nicer world to live on rather than this shit show we are currently in with the elite rushing to take even more power with plans like the global reset and things like that.

Theory vs practice. In theory this is great, but if we want to improve the world in practice we need things we can actually act on and implement
