And I can confirm from having gotten the emails asking for answers to questions in the past that the email asking the question provides you an image of the item and description so even if the listing had been flipped it should have not shown them the dash cam in the email asking the question.
But yes sellers do like to do that to make reviews look good, he have to be careful to actually read the reviews to look for someone describing the product to make sure it matches
