Probably should of thought about that before posting. But the community I am mod of AMA Requests and AMA ask me anything is partnered with me. Just kind of feels like Lemmy needs to clean out the clutter. And the more communities I come across I will be sure to post it. I just want this instance or site to rival reddit.

        should of

        should have, or should’ve

Just kind of feels like Lemmy needs to clean out the clutter.

Or there can be more than one community for the same thing. Some people avoid certain instances (I try and avoid .ml and .world whenever possible), and other avoid certain mods.

All it takes is a bit of promo and it can kickstart a community again. Idk if I’m for deleting communities, but passing reigns over to someone who wants to help seems good to me

I have been thinking about it and I am not sure if Lemmy is big enough to need a separation between IAMA and AMA. I can’t remember if Reddit had those separated or not but regardless, it was a huge community.

I didn’t really mean to give the impression that I wanted to bootstrap that community. It would probably do more harm than good by trying to fracture a community that is not in need of fracturing.

Still, it’s worth some open discussion.
